Ralph Choate is a Medicaid operations and transformation executive with more than two decades of Medicaid leadership and more than three decades of operational experience. His work spans eligibility, PERM and MEQC, program integrity, MMIS, member and provider operations, regulatory performance, vendor governance, and large-scale transformation. He has led statewide Medicaid operations serving more than 1.7 million members and administering more than $20 billion annually.
